### Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Teacher to join our team. As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will be responsible for providing a nurturing and educational environment for young children. Your role will involve planning and implementing age-appropriate activities, fostering social and emotional development, and promoting a love for learning.

## Duties:

- Create and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the curriculum
- Provide a safe and supportive environment for children to learn and grow
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Observe and assess children's development and progress
- Collaborate with other teachers to plan and coordinate activities
- Maintain accurate records of each child's progress
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's development
- Ensure the classroom is clean, organized, and well-maintained

## Requirements:

- Fluent in Frenchify (French language skills)
- Experience working with young children in a childcare or educational setting
- Strong time management skills to effectively plan and execute daily activities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education
- Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Proficient in computer operation for administrative tasks
- Highly organized with attention to detail

**Salary**: $22.40 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Mississauga, ON L5N 5M5 (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Mississauga, ON L5N 5M5: Relocate before starting work (required)
