**Tâches**:
Prestation de services de renseignements aux victimes d’actes criminels inscrites à l’échelle fédérale conformément au mandat prévu dans la LSCMLC; évaluation de l'admissibilité des victimes à recevoir des renseignements, interprétation de la loi concernant les victimes, divulgation de renseignements aux membres du grand public concernant le système correctionnel et la mise en liberté sous condition et rôle de personne-ressource auprès du personnel du SCC, des organismes de services aux victimes et des autres membres du système de justice pénale.

Le Service correctionnel du Canada (SCC) est l'organisme du gouvernement fédéral chargé d'administrer les peines d'emprisonnement de deux ans ou plus imposées par les tribunaux. Le SCC gère des établissements de divers niveaux de sécurité et surveille les délinquants en liberté sous condition dans la collectivité.

Le Service correctionnel du Canada, en tant que composante du système de justice pénale et dans la reconnaissance de la primauté du droit, contribue à la sécurité publique en incitant activement et en aidant les délinquants à devenir des citoyens respectueux des lois, tout en exerçant sur eux un contrôle raisonnable, sûr, sécuritaire et humain.

Équivalence des diplômes

EXPÉRIENCE

Expérience de la prestation de renseignements et de services axés sur les besoins des clients ou du travail dans l’un des domaines suivants:

- Services aux victimes.
- Intervention en situation de crise.
- Soutien affectif.
- Évaluation des besoins.
- Services sociaux.
- Travail communautaire.
- Counseling.
- Préparation en vue d’une comparution devant un tribunal.

Expérience de l’analyse de renseignements, de situations et de questions, et de la recherche de solutions.

Expérience de l’utilisation de logiciels, comme Outlook, Word, Excel et PowerPoint de Microsoft.
