We are currently seeking a positive and outgoing Parking Enforcement Officer to join our team in Edmonton. The Parking Enforcement Officer’s key responsibility is to ensure that guests are parking in compliance with the established guidelines. This position requires travel throughout the Edmonton area.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform monitoring activities to ensure compliance with the posted guidelines at parking facilities and issue notices to vehicles not in compliance
- Greet guests and provide guidance regarding meters, directions, and additional details specific to the lot
- Be a positive ambassador by providing superior customer service and always representing the company with integrity and in good faith
- Respond to customer inquiries and remain courteous whenever assisting parking guests
- Assist with the overall presentation of each area of the facility and passing along concerns
- Proactively assist with the maintenance and upkeep of the parking facilities whenever and wherever required or requested
- Ensure and maintain the cleanliness of any company vehicles
- Operate company vehicles in a courteous and safe manor
- Treat all equipment with care and as if it were your own
- Report any incidents or deficiencies immediately to Manager or Supervisor
- Complete all forms and reports as specifically directed
- Perform cash collection for machines and deliver to collections facility
- Perform such other duties as the Company reasonably directs from time to time

**Shift Available**:

- Tue - Fri - 9:00AM - 1:00PM; Saturdays - 3:00PM - 11:30PM = 24 HOURS/WEEK

**Employment Requirements**
- Must be capable of walking for extended periods of time as well as occasionally lifting.
- Valid class 5 driver's license and clean abstract
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Must be flexible with assigned schedule as needed.
