As an office work and operations agent, you provide administrative and operational support to the organization. You strive to maximize operational productivity. This may include working in one or more sub-specialties, such as data entry, data processing, and verification of database data integrity.

You perform administrative and follow-up tasks to support your unit’s day-to-day operations and help it meet operational objectives and carry out initiatives in accordance with the detailed directives in place. The ability to drive results is therefore essential.

You help process information and solve simple, everyday issues, tailoring your approach as needed. You respond to administrative and operational questions.

General Information on the Position

Main responsibilities- Help carry out the unit’s operational and administrative processes- Help analyze and produce reports and statistics- Carry out administrative tasks, including data collection, entry, modification, compilation and coding. Coordinate the unit’s activities- Provide information about your line of business’s processes and procedures- Help prepare presentations and related documents- Serve as resource person for administrative and operational matters.

Other working conditions- Workplace: Position located in Levis or Montreal, depending on the applicant selected. The work arrangement for the position is hybrid work #LI-Hybrid- Number of jobs available: 1

**Qualifications**:
- Trade school diploma in a related field- Temporary work: scheduled to end on March 29, 2024- A minimum of two years of relevant experience

Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered- For vacant positions available in Quebec, please note that knowledge of French is required

Specific knowledge- Very good knowledge of the Office 365 suite- Master the Office 365 suite- Advanced knowledge of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients
