**Heavy Hauler Dispatcher**

**In the position of a Heavy Hauler Dispatcher, we would ask you to do the following**:

- coordination of the movement of heavy equipment and other materials across Alberta and other provinces for civil construction projects
- coordination includes,
- sourcing, planning & dispatching with internal resources or with 3rd parties
- executing all the associated documentation and updating relevant parties for real time tracking and proper administration
- follow-up on ongoing orders
- working closely with commercial carrier compliance team
- working with multiple internal company functions as part of coordination and administration

- experience with POs, BOLs, equipment tracking software
- experience with logistics
- knowledge of highway trucking and associated rules and regulation
- time management and problem solving skills
- Microsoft office skills
