There are a number of positions available working in the following design & build workstreams however they may be reassigned across the project as the needs change.

**POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Guide workflow design and build, test the system, and analyze technical issues associated with the applicable software
Work as part of a team, assisting other team members with tasks as needed to keep deliverables on schedule
- Perform quality checks on your own work, and collaborate with colleagues on your team for peer-to-peer quality reviews as need
- Work with vendor representatives, NHS 's community and end users to ensure the system meets NHS's needs in regards to the project deliverables and timeline
- Identify and implement requested changes to the system
- Maintain regular communication with vendor representatives, including participating in weekly project team meetings, discuss the status of deliverables, shared issues, end?user concerns, and upcoming milestones
- Develop an understanding of NHS's operational needs to set the direction for workflows by attending site visits and other integrated sessions
- Participate in readiness, training, and go live activities and work with end users
Troubleshoot problems and questions
- Review the status of projects and issues on an ongoing basis
- Works in alignment with the HIS PCO to ensure that change management tasks and deliverables are met and adoption targets achieved.

**KEY COMPETENCIES REQUIRED**:

- Ability and willingness to work autonomously and take ownership of work activities while ensuring that they are completed in an accurate, efficient, and timely manner
- Willingness to recognize assignments or tasks that need to be completed, to seek out additional assignments or tasks, and to help others
Listens attentively to ensure that the intended message has been accurately received, holding responses until the person has finished making his/her point, and repeating information to ensure accuracy
- Seeking, logically examining, and interpreting information from different sources to determine a problem's cause and developing a course of action to resolve the problem and to prevent its recurrence
- Able to gain trust and establish effective relationships with vendor counterparts and stakeholders
- Perseveres in difficult situations, overcomes obstacles, and reaches high levels of performance when faced with stressful work situations and time pressures

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Undergraduate degree or college diploma specializing in business, project management or a health related field required; Graduate degree considered an asset
- Experience in health care/public sector would be an asset
- Ability to solve complex organizational, operational, project and people problems with positive outcomes
- 3-5 years working on transformational, complex change initiatives in a large enterprise environment an asset
- Experience working with project management/a project management office
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite including MS Project and Sharepoint considered an asset
- Demonstrated ability to handle a large and diversified workload with changing priorities and challenging deadlines
