**Job Description and Responsibilities**:

- Ability to manage hazmat remediation activities to ensure compliance with standard policies, procedures, and customer protocol.
- Certification & experience preferred (Moderate and High-Risk Abatement Lead & Asbestos (Level 1 and 2)
- Prepping job sites.
- Mould removal, minor demolition & clean up.
- Able to wear all required PPE (hard hat, respirator, Tyvek suit, steel-toed boots)
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s license and a clean driver's abstract.
- Experience with power tools.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
- Able to meet deadlines and work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Superior customer service skills and utmost professionalism with clients
- Experience supervising and mentoring junior technicians an asset
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work well under pressure and multi-task.

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
