**ANALYSTE FINANCIER**

Dans cette lancée, le département des finances et de la comptabilité est en constante croissance et cherche à s’adjoindre les services d’un nouveau talent à titre d'Analyste financier.
Sous la responsabilité du contrôleur de gestion, vous serez responsable de fournir des analyses financières précises et détaillées pour aider à la prise de décision stratégique au sein de l'entreprise. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les équipes comptables, opérationnelles et de gestion de projet pour assurer une gestion financière efficace et proactive.

**Tâches et responsabilités**:
1. Analyse Financière:
- Analyser les rentabilités des différents projets de construction et les indicateurs de performance clés (KPI).
- Identifier les tendances financières, les risques et les opportunités;
- Proposer des recommandations pour améliorer la rentabilité et la performance financière;
- Analyser et établir les coûts standards pour les imputations aux projets et effectuer l’analyse mensuelle des écarts d’imputations;
- Analyser et établir les coûts indirects à imputer aux projets et effectuer l’analyse mensuelle des écarts d’imputations;
- Analyser et suivre la profitabilité des différents départements internes avec les différents directeurs de départements;
2. Budget et Prévisions:
- Participer à l'élaboration du budget annuel et des prévisions financières;
- Suivre les écarts entre les prévisions et les résultats réels et analyser les raisons de ces écarts;
- Fournir des prévisions financières à court et long terme;
3. Gestion des Coûts de Projet:
- Suivre et analyser les coûts des projets de construction;
- Collaborer avec les chefs de projet pour établir et surveiller les budgets des projets;
4. Conformité et Contrôle:
- Assurer la conformité avec les normes comptables et les réglementations financières;
- Participer aux audits externes;
- Mettre en place et améliorer les contrôles financiers internes;
- Effectuer toute autre tâche connexe.
**Qualifications**:
- Baccalauréat en comptabilité;
- Expérience dans le domaine de la construction (atout);
- Minimum de 3 ans d’expérience comme analyste financier ou en contrôle de coûts;
- Bonne communication écrite et orale (français et anglais);
- Maitrise des logiciels de MS Office;
- Très bonne capacité d’analyse et aptitude à synthétiser et interpréter des informations;
- Bon niveau de planification, de contrôle et une orientation vers les résultats;
- Respect des échéanciers;
- Connaissance des aspects comptables de la gestion des coûts de revient (atout);
- Capacité à travailler de façon autonome, à gérer les priorités et à performer sous la pression.
