**Dans votre rôle idéal, vous allez**:

- Participer au processus de fin de mois financier:

- Réviser, comprendre et préparer les entrées de journal relié à la comptabilité générale ainsi que certains sujets complexes;
- Réviser les états financiers, expliquer et comprendre les variances et produire des analyses détaillées;
- Réviser et préparer les conciliations de comptes de bilan;
- Valider que les réconciliations de comptes sont faites selon la politique et faire le suivi des éléments de réconciliation;
- Comprendre les sujets comptables et mettre en place les processus, au besoin
- Supporter nos partenaires d’affaire;
- Répondre aux questions reliées aux états financiers, budget et prévisions;
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec différent groupe de Finance incluant le centre de services partagés;
- Participer à la préparation des rapports trimestres, incluant:

- Préparer les notes aux États-financiers, incluant les supports appropriés pour les auditeurs;
- Travailler de façon étroite avec les auditeurs;
- Participer dans l’implantation de nouveau système information reliés à Finance;
- Supervision des analystes moins expérimentés ainsi que les stagiaires;
- Participer au développement et à l’implantation des différents projets de l’équipe;
- Répondre aux différentes demandes ad hoc;
- Toutes autres taches.
- Vous avez un baccalauréat en sciences comptables et détenez un titre comptable CPA.
- Vous avez une bonne connaissance de IFRS.
- Vous avez un minimum de 8 années d’expérience.
- Vous devez avoir une bonne maîtrise du logiciel MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Connaissance de HFM (Oracle) ou OneStream (système de consolidation) et/ou SAP sera un atout.
- Vous avez un excellent esprit analytique, vous aimez travailler en équipe, et vous faites preuve d’innovation, d’engagement et de persévérance.
- Vous êtes capable de travailler sous pression avec des courts délais.
- Vous êtes bilingue (anglais et français) tant à l’écrit qu’à l’oral.
