**Job purpose**

The main function of the Beauty Advisor is to deliver the optimal customer experience by providing a friendly, customer-focused experience while driving sales. The individual in this role will act as a brand ambassador by providing strong product knowledge to clients.

**Duties and responsibilities**
- Build, establish, and maintain strong customer relationships
- Follow up and notify customers of upcoming events and promotions
- Achieve sales results in a team environment
- Assist in the execution of events and holiday programs
- Provide strong product knowledge to customers differentiating Shiseido from other brands

**Qualifications**
- At least 1 year customer service experience, preferably within the Perfume & Cosmetics industry
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Full flexibility with schedule (including evenings and weekends)
- Results-driven
- Customer-focused
- Passion for Cosmetics
