_**We are looking for a part-time seasonal Beauty Advisor (3 months contract)**_

Aer Rianta International Inc. is one of the leading operators of duty-free shops at international airports. The Beauty Advisor will be responsible for the CHANEL space in Vancouver International Airport, to contribute to the efficient and effective running of the CHANEL account, promoting business objectives as appropriate and actively working towards the achievement of personal and team targets, always providing excellent customer service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- To provide outstanding customer service by identifying customer needs as well as further sales opportunities.
- Continuously work towards achieving and exceeding set retail sales goals, using links and knowledge of CHANEL product specificities, to introduce further products and achieve cross-selling between family products.
- To identify customer profiles and needs, to be able to propose and sell newness for the 3 axes: Skincare, Makeup, & Fragrances.
- To help build the account by achieving and exceeding sales targets and developing the business to increase sales volume and productivity.
- Assist with Chanel stock control and inventory management, including stocking shelves with merchandise, receiving, and storing the delivery of large amounts of stock, with an emphasis on asset protection.
- Encourage and maintain a clean, tidy, hygienic, and professional work area, always reflecting merchandising standards and guidelines.
- To successfully complete the CHANEL Induction as well as any further training (virtual and on-site) provided as appropriate, and complete all available courses in the Inside Beauty app.
- Ensure that the presentation of Chanel products is visually appealing and merchandised in a manner that maximizes sales, following brand guidelines.
- To actively support and contribute to the success of the team, demonstrating and encouraging reliability and flexibility as the business demands.
- Communicate, contribute to, and share relevant and approved information with colleagues as well as provide assistance and information as appropriate to all other departments and levels.
- To contribute positively as appropriate in team meetings, trainings, and briefings.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Diploma of vocational studies (DEP) in Aesthetics or any other makeup qualifications is a major asset.
- Experience in the beauty industry is a major asset.
- Advanced techniques and strong skills in sales.
- Good communication skills and someone who loves meeting new people
- 2-5 years of experience in retail sales performing as a sales associate for fragrances and beauty products.
- Adaptability to flexible shifts (AM, PM), Saturdays and/or Sundays
- Proactive and autodidact

**Job Types**: Part-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: $20.40 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
