**The Role**: Specialist, Change Management & Onboarding

**The Team**: We are responsible for post implementation code changes and have oversight on the architectural design for all client onboardings built using EDM and Thinkfolio. We engage with clients in every region and leverage the technology of AWS Cloud.

**The Impact**: As a Specialist within this team, you will be responsible for day-to-day activities around code changes within EDM or Thinkfolio. You will engage in weekly meetings as needed and assist senior team members to ensure the success of every new onboarding project or migration. You will work with a global team and be expected to coordinate gathering requirements when tackling new business needs or requirements for code enhancements to existing processes.

**What’s in it for you**: You will be engaged with individuals in different time zones working on clients with distinct requirements for changes post go-live. You will be provided training and a mock project to gain an understanding of what an implementation involves doing. Client engagements with regards to future planning, and onboarding into the AWS Cloud will be a continuous opportunity to ensure successful strategies are put in place for each use case. You will be working with Fortune 500 clients, so exposure to multiple areas within the industries will expand your knowledge in their various verticals.

**Responsibilities**:
Coordinate with senior level management on ensuring functional tasks and new onboarding projects are aligned with best practices and executed to completion.

Liaison with implementations team during new onboarding to ensure best practices are applied, and the project is meeting deadlines. Onboarding practice requires risk assessment and ensuring resources are allocated accurately.

Implement required code and ensuring change requests are being completed with high attention to quality. Join CAB meetings to engage with Service Delivery Managers to discuss weekly code releases and request any additional requirements needed to complete the code change within EDM or Thinkfolio.

Coordinate and interact with cloud engineers, DBAs, Technical Support, Client Management, Service Leads, and Senior Management.

Track and record client contracted hours/rates for annual change requests within the PSA tracking system. Level set client expectations, provide consulting on code changes when needed, and communicate scope changes to team members.

**What We’re Looking For**:
3+ years client management with clear and professional communication.

3+ years exposure to relational database architecture, Microsoft SQL, and intermediate knowledge with writing SQL statements, and complex queries/joins.

Required to handle multitasking, issue resolution, escalation management, and have intermediate level knowledge around Microsoft Windows and Server.

Amazon Web Service exposure is desired and a baseline understanding of functionality and terminology is desired.

This role is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States or Canada.

**Grade/Level ( relevant for internal applicants only )**: 8

**The Location**: Dallas, Texas (Hybrid) Remote U.S. or Canada

S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $46,000 to $100,000. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual’s geographical location as well as experience and qualifications for the role.
In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan. This role is not eligible for additional compensation such as an annual incentive bonus or sales commission plan.
