Your future duties and responsibilities
Reporting to the Product Management, the Market Analyst will be primarily responsible for informing and supporting the vision and business decisions of CGI's Payroll Service Center (PSC) based on client and market knowledge. You will work collaboratively with business intelligence, product and strategy professionals and will be involved in delivering presentations to various internal and external stakeholders.

**On a typical day, you will perform the following tasks**:
**Customer knowledge and market analysis**:

- Implement and enhance the CSP customer knowledge strategy including their profile (customer journey and segmentation), satisfaction and feedback towards their experience, product, price, and services;
- Participate in market analysis as it relates to tracking and presenting trends in the payroll and human capital management market;
- Develop recommendations based on the analyzed information in relation to the market, competition and client profile;
- Participate in survey activities on an ongoing basis in collaboration with internal stakeholders and partners;
- Analyze data from survey activities, both qualitative and quantitative, and ensure the dissemination of findings;
- Participate in the production of presentations and other relevant documents resulting from these analysis;
**Competitive intelligence**:

- Participate in the implementation of the global competitive intelligence strategy including the identification of strategic intelligence themes, collection tools, information sources and deliverables;
- Produce comparative analysis, presentation documents, and competitor profiles.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing or related field combined with a minimum of 2 years of professional experience in business strategy, market analysis / marketing;
- Knowledge of payroll, human resources and time management would be an asset;
- Knowledge of the Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint;
- Practical experience with MS PowerBI and MS Dynamics;
- Strong intellectual curiosity and ability to analyze and synthesize information;
- Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills;
- Strong business sense.
