We are **Connect&GO**, an integrated software powering attraction venues all around the world by empowering our clients to simplify their operations, increase their revenue and focus on their guests.

**Objectives**:
The primary objective of this mandate is to leverage the expertise of a Market Research Analyst or Business Analyst to provide a detailed understanding of the Total Addressable Markets (TAM), Serviceable Addressable Markets (SAM), and Serviceable Obtainable Markets (SOM) for Connect&GO across three key market segments: Water Parks and Amusement Parks (WPAP), Zoos, Aquariums, and other Cultural Attractions (ZACA), and Family Entertainment Centers (FECs), and throughout 4 main regions: USA, Canada, France & UK.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Requirement Gathering**:

- Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys with key stakeholders to gather detailed requirements.
- Document and validate business requirements, ensuring they align with project goals.

**Data Collection**:

- Conduct research to gather relevant market data.
- Acquire lists and compile existing data using provided resources or requesting pertinent data as needed.
- Ensure data is comprehensive and accurate to support subsequent analysis.

**Market and Data Analysis**:

- Analyze current TAM data for WPAP and identify ideal segmentation (sub-regions, sub-industries, etc.).
- Collect and analyze data for ZACA and FEC markets, focusing on publicly operated venues and venue sizes.
- Identify trends, patterns, and insights from data analysis to inform recommendations.
- Develop market insights to determine the next priority market between ZACA and FECs.

**Reporting and Documentation**:

- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings, analysis, and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all analysis, processes, and recommendations.

**Stakeholder Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the project.
- Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather feedback and ensure stakeholder buy-in.

**Deliverables**:

- Updated TAM List: A detailed list of companies for all targeted markets with comprehensive details.
- SAM and SOM Insights: Projected SAM and SOM numbers with detailed insights.
- Detailed Report: A comprehensive report summarizing all findings, analysis, and recommendations.
- Summary Presentation: A PowerPoint presentation summarizing the key points of the detailed report.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Market Research Analyst or a Business Analyst with a strong experience in market analysis and segmentation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies.
- Bilingual in English and French is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
