**Working out of our Casselman branch, key responsibilities of this role include the following**:

- Lead the overall success of the branch by maintaining and optimizing branch profitability
- Grow the business by developing new opportunities
- Create a best-in-class customer experience by through exceeding customer expectations
- Implement people strategy that drives engagement and supports retention
- Lead any change initiative and ensuring all relevant information is cascaded to their respective teams.
- Ensure all branch activities are conducted with compliance to governing regulations, internal policies and procedures.

**You bring**:

- Leadership experience, five years plus of management experience with the transportation industry, experience in bus transportation and/or branch management considered an asset
- University degree or college diploma, university degree in business considered an asset.
- Experienced in utilizing, coordinating and balancing resources to increase and organizational effectiveness
- Financial acumen - experienced in budget planning and reporting
- Strong relationship building and customer service skills, ability to build positive, collaborative working relationships with internal employees including drivers, technicians and co-workers as we;; as external industry stakeholders including Consortium General Managers, staff and school board officials as well as government agencies ( MOT, MOE, Municipal Regulators and Compliance Officers)
- Strong communications skills, demonstrated ability to communicate with others in a clear and concise manner, easily adapts communication style to the audience to ensure desired message is understood, remains calm and professional when delivering difficult information or communicating under challenging circumstances.
- Mentoring and coaching skills, ability to develop others and provides a supportive environment for colleagues to learn and grow, comfortable in providing feedback and working with employees on addressing performance gaps.
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Team player, demonstrates effective interpersonal skills and works cooperatively across the organization to achieve common goals, speaks positively of the organization and is a positive role model for others.
- Bilingual in French and English

- Diriger le succès global de la succursale en maintenant et en optimisant la rentabilité de la succursale.
- Développer l’entreprise en développant de nouvelles opportunités
- Créer une expérience client de premier ordre en dépassant les attentes des clients
- Mettre en œuvre une stratégie RH qui stimule l’engagement et favorise la rétention.
- Diriger toute initiative de changement et s’assurer que toutes les informations pertinentes sont transmises à leurs équipes respectives.
- S’assurer que toutes les activités de la succursale sont menées dans le respect des réglementations en vigueur, des politiques et procédures internes.

**Tu apportes**:

- Expérience en leadership, cinq ans et plus d’expérience en gestion dans l’industrie du transport, expérience en transport par autobus et/ou en gestion de succursale considérée comme un atout.
- Diplôme universitaire ou collégial, diplôme universitaire en commerce considéré comme un atout.
- Expérience dans l’utilisation, la coordination et l’équilibrage des ressources pour accroître l’efficacité organisationnelle
- Sens financier - expérience en planification et rapports budgétaires
- Solides compétences en matière d’établissement de relations et de service à la clientèle, capacité à établir des relations de travail positives et collaboratives avec les employés internes, y compris les chauffeurs, les techniciens et les collègues comme nous ;; en tan
