Looking for a chef for a new restaurant ‘Koshaa Fine Indian’ in Etobicoke.

We are looking for a qualified full-time chef. Must have 1+ experience cooking traditional north Indian curries and tandoori items.

**Job Duties Include by are not limited to**:
Prepare & cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
- 1-3+ years experience working on Tandoor
- Must be able to prepare doughs, breads and meats in the Tandoor
- Ensure great presentation by dressing dishes before they are served
- Prepare ingredients to use in cooking (chopping and peeling vegetables, cutting meat etc.)
- Plan and direct food preparation and cooking activities
- While on duty keep the cooking area clean to make sure that the health and food safety standard are met
- Hold yourself in a fast-paced, high-stress, team-based environment
- **Applicants MUST be residing in Canada**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $1,100.00-$1,250.00 per week

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Holidays
- Weekend availability
