This Co-Op supports Quality activities at PNI in Vancouver.

**What you'll do**
- Support commissioning, qualification, and validation (CQV) and facility start-up activities
- Track and report on progress of CQV deliverables for Biomanufacturing start-up project
- Track and report on progress of controlled documents creation across project’s functional groups (e.g., Manufacturing, Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Supply Chain)
- Review executed CQV protocols
- Support document control and training administration
- Format documents to conform with templates & style guides and edit for readability
- Develop document templates
- Prepare reports (e.g., training completion, open change requests, overdue deviations, etc.)
- Migrate files and maintain site structure on SharePoint
- Provide administrative support to the QA team
- Support the coordination of biweekly team meetings by working with the department leads to create the agenda and presentation slides
- Draft documentation for internal processes (e.g., job aids, work instructions, procedures)
- Perform ad hoc duties as required

**Who you are**
- 1-2 years of academic and/or administrative experience preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Adobe Acrobat
- Proficient in technical writing
- Strong work ethic, enthusiastic, and willing to learn
- Collaborative
- Detail oriented
- Strong communication and organizational skills
