Our growing manufacturing company is in need of an experienced bookkeeper to keep records and reconcile accounts of all our clients and vendors. The job requires strong quantitative and interpersonal skills, as well as proficiency in basic accounting functions and Odoo software program.

Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Administrator of Odoo ERP is must.
- Banking and cash management
- Customer Invoicing & Vendor Bills
- Customer Accounts Receivable Follow-Ups
- Accounts receivable / payable
- Payroll using ADP
- Preparing Financial statements & Monthly Reports
- Compliance reporting
- Quarterly HST filing
- Following up with our Accounting Consulting Firm at Year End

Experience Required:

- Odoo: 2 years (required)
- Accounts payable: 5 years (preferred)
- Accounts receivable: 5 years (preferred)
- Bookkeeping: 5 years (preferred)
- General Accounting: 5 years (preferred)

Schedule: Flexible (2 Days at office/week)

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 16-24 per week

**Salary**: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
