At Sprucedale Youth Centre, you'll take charge of daily operations and drive the implementation of rehabilitative programs and services within a secure custody/detention facility. Your role will ensure that all facility programs, policies, and procedures reflect the Ministry's vision and adhere to Youth Justice Division standards.
**Please note: The hours of work for this position are up to 40 hours per week (pre-scheduled and on-call). You are expected to work rotating shifts within a secure custody/detention facility setting that functions 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.**
**About us**:
The Youth Justice Division provides policy direction, funds and implements ministry programs for youth in or at risk of conflict with the law, including the operation of Ontario's secure custody/detention facilities and probation offices for youth as well as programs focused on prevention and diversion, alternatives to custody, and reintegration.
