**Job Summary**

**VALID G-DRIVERS LICENSE WITH CLEAN ABSTRACT IS REQUIRED**

**Responsibilities**
- Assess damaged areas and determine the appropriate restoration methods.
- Clean affected surfaces and materials using specialized equipment and techniques.
- Build and repair structures as necessary to ensure safety and compliance with industry standards.
- Operate power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently during restoration projects.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of restoration tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the restoration process.
- Follow all safety guidelines and protocols while on-site.
- On-call after hours that is rotated with occasional weekends.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in restoration or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, building methods, and restoration processes.
- Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools safely.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various environments.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Must be able to lift heavy materials and perform physical tasks as required.

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
