**About You**:
As our social content creator, you will be part of a talented team of social marketers to empower pet parents through content focused on all aspects of pet health and wellness. You'll help us post content on our website and social media. We post on all platforms consistently with a heavy focus on telling our story through user-generated content.

You will help us tell our brand story through both visual and written content that speaks to the passion, care, and knowledge behind everything we do.
- Create posts for social media, including captions and photos. Our social media platforms include Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, TikTok, and more).
- Answer DMs, comments, recommendations, and reviews on our social platforms.
- Help grow our social media by engaging with our community via Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest, review sites, and other community channels
- Post content on our website (some basic HTML website experience is necessary).
- Create blogs around the amazing stories of pet health that we receive.
- Actively reach out to potential customers and influencers.

**Who’s a good fit for this team**:

- Be able to create designs via photoshop and canva
- Website experience, basic HTML
- Excellent graphic design skills
- Excellent written skills
- Experience with content management systems like Trello.
- Be able to work on multiple projects with competing deadlines.
- A very good understanding of updating and posting WordPress blogs and best practices
- Closely collaborate with the marketing and pet expert teams
- Be a natural brand storyteller
- Have excellent research skills
- Have the ability to break down complex information and present it in an engaging way
- Excellent technical skills using content management systems (CMS) like WordPress
- Previous social media experience
- Must love and care about pets
- Social media experience
- HTML experience
- Graphic design experience
- Writing Experience
- **Technical skills**:Microsoft Word, WordPress, Adobe Suite, Trello, Canva
- **Team Player**: You should be able to take feedback, and work well and support your team members.

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
