Fast Lane Freight Services is currently looking for an Class 1 Driver to work out of our Winnipeg, MB location. We currently are looking for Owner Operators as well as Company Drivers.

We are an open-deck carrier providing services across Canada and the United States. We are looking for people who thrive in a fast-paced work environment and are committed to providing the highest level of customer service in a challenging and exciting work environment.

Fast Lane Freight Services has recently been acquired by Aevitas Inc. Aevitas is a leader in the environmental services industry and is licensed with the Ministry of Environment for the collection, handling and transportation of most non-hazardous liquid industrial, hazardous liquid and hazardous solid waste classes.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure proper loading and unloading of materials
- Adhere to vehicle weight limits and ensure proper utilization of Fast Lane Freight/Aevitas equipment
- Responsible for the proper placarding of vehicles to meet TDGA requirements/regulations, if required
- Responsible for maintaining daily logs, daily vehicle inspections, trip reports, and bills of lading
- Comply with Fast Lane Freight Services/Aevitas policies & procedures, Health & Safety procedures
- Maintain and clean assigned Aevitas equipment as well as ensure equipment is mechanically sound and in good working order at all times

Job Qualifications
- AZ license
- Minimum 3 years’ driving experience with good drivers abstract
- Experience with open deck transport and load securement
