**Full Job Description**

Do you believe marketing can be fun, helpful, and wildly effective - all at once? Do marketing funnels that convert fall within your genius zone? We’re looking for a proven digital marketing expert who can build high converting sales funnels and offers to produce leads and sales. Ideally, you have experience working with content creators, group coaching programs, consultants, personal branding or online courses. We’ve inspired thousands of big-hearted entrepreneurs in the travel and tourism industry, and this marketing specialist will help us continue to broaden our impact and reach.

You’ll be the creator, implementer and optimizer for all marketing funnels focused on our core product - Business Coaching Program for small/medium sized tour operators. Your main responsibility will be setting up new marketing funnels that convert cold traffic into new leads and guide them through the right nurture sequence to build trust and convert into a member of our business coaching program. We like to move fast and keep testing until we find traction and then optimize and scale the funnels.

**What You’ll be Doing in this Role**:
The Marketing Funnel Specialist will be responsible for executing a marketing funnel strategy. To be successful in this position, you must be able to perform the following job functions with a high degree of confidence and autonomy.
- Designing the right offers, funnels and ad strategy
- Building marketing funnels that produce new leads in order to grow our mailing list and YouTube subscribers. Funnels may include: Quiz Funnel, E-book Funnel, Blog Posts, Lead Magnets, Online Courses, or Online Events such as webinars, workshops, and bootcamps.
- Researching our member profiles and surveys to intimately understand the challenges, pain points and desires of our ideal customers.
- Creating nurture sequences that continually build trust in our brand, our people and our business coaching program.
- Coordinating the marketing of our online events to attract new registrants for bootcamps, workshops and webinars.
- Project management to oversee multiple marketing initiatives as part of a team.
- Tracking the KPIs focused on lead generation and funnel conversion.

You have an ‘Always Be Learning’ attitude that you bring to the team—the desire to continuously improve your knowledge and understand the pain points and challenges of our audience and how we ideally position ourselves as the best solution.

**The Nitty Gritty**:

- For the right person, we’re open to this position being full-time, part-time, project based, or performance based.
- You must have experience in creating marketing funnels for content creators, group coaching programs, consultants, personal branding, online courses or membership based business models.
- This is a remote virtual position working with our virtual team. You’ll have full autonomy over where you work. Experience working remotely is preferred.
- You’ll have a marketing budget to manage as you see fit.
- You’ll manage a small team of skilled freelancers (video editor, copywriter, graphic designer, website developer, and others if required.)
- Ideally you’re based in North America or have the availability to overlap at least some of your work hours Monday - Friday with the Pacific Time zone.
- Completed higher education (degree or similar) in Marketing
- A great work ethic with the ability to follow through on projects and get things done
