The Inbound Sales Associate works as part of the Sales & Estimation Team to give budget pricing quotations over the phone on potential residential projects. They work in alignment with the branch production/operations team to ensure the customer is served with efficiency. This will be a hybrid role with an expectation of working 3 days in the office and 2 days onsite.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Receiving inbound calls and orders from new and existing customers
- Scheduling appointments while proving world class customer service
- Tracking and submitting of reports in a timely manor
- Commuting to various sites on occasion to meet with customers/potential clients 2 days a week (hybrid role)
- Proactively help to grow our business by communicating with customers and upselling, generating repeat sales, price quoting, resolving customer problems, and de-escalating concerns
- Ability to provide support to field sales agents in all aspects of sales process
- Providing support to customers and directing calls where appropriate

**Key Competencies**:

- Experience with Salesforce is an asset
- Experience with scheduling appointments
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Highly motivated, self-starter with the ability to work independently and as a team member.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced and ever-evolving environment
- Experience working within the construction industry or related field is an asset
- Use of multi-line switchboard an asset
- Proven organizational, planning, and prioritizing skills
- Natural ability to remain flexible and customer-focused within a fast-paced work environment
- Strong background in customer service and or hospitality
