Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and organized Receptionist/Assistant to join our team. As a Receptionist/Podiatry Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and excellent customer service to our clients. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has strong organizational skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing
- Assist with data entry and maintaining records
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Provide assistance to professionals (such as podiatrists and nurses) as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the clinic (for example waiting room and treatments rooms)
- Help with sterilisation of instruments

Qualifications:

- Previous experience with customer service and in secretariat are preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of medical office procedures and medical supplies is a plus
- Experience with customer support is beneficial
- Good with time management
- Ability to work in a team
- Ability to exercise discretion, tact and have good judgment
- Language spoken: French and English is a plus

Please note that all positions at our company are paid, including internships.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $21.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 35 per week
