**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the firms IP Voice PBX phone system for connectivity and troubleshooting any issues including QOS related quality issues to maintain over all system health and perform quarterly updates to newer firmware versions with the vendor
- Installs, monitors and troubleshoots Server systems for issues and provides support for these systems outside of regular business hours including regularly scheduled server system updates on a monthly basis and resolves issues that might arise when issues are escalated from Support and other Teams
- Manage and administer firms NetApp disk space for servers, monitor for space and provision LUN’s for servers, report any space related issues to Senior Analyst and Team lead
- Manage the firm’s backup systems and rotate tapes to storage and do recoveries when required.
- Manage firms Citrix servers and provision servers for users to work from home
- Maintaining and upgrading the firms virtual environments VMware and Citrix to maintain current release and security
- Troubleshoot user provisioning issues for various systems including MS Azure, Simpplr, Active Directory, and Mimecast when escalated from Application and support teams and Documents these systems processes
- Assists in monitoring network systems issues (firewall, routing, wired and wireless switching and VPN)
- Other duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- An IT University or College Diploma.
- 2-3 years experience in IT Infrastructure and knowledge of Microsoft Cloud technologies.
- Proficiency in Infrastructure role-specific software, including Citrix Remote Access solutions, Vmware Server Virtualization, Mitel Telephony, Exchange 2019 and Exchange Online, Mimecast, NetApp or other similar SAN technologies and CommVault backup solutions.
- Solid written & verbal communication skills, a self-starter with a strong work ethic, and a team player with excellent client service skills.
