**The Opportunity - Role Overview**:
- As a Service Concierge, you will be the face of our dealership, serving as the first point of contact for our valued customers. Our Minister of First Impressions
- Your role will involve providing proactive exceptional service, ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
- You will play a pivotal role in enhancing the overall customer experience and building long-term relationships with our clients.
**Your Rewarding, Fast-Paced Day - Key Responsibilities**:
- Be awesome, proactive, kind and friendly.
- Greet customers with a wide smile and warm, friendly, professional demeanor.
- Conduct thorough vehicle walk-around inspections and accurately document pre-existing damage
- Perform Drive-thru tire pressure and tire torque checks. Install license Plate frames
- Valet fleet vehicles to / from the dealership.
- Ensure all customer facing aspects of the dealership are kept neat and tidy.
- Take initiative to recognize and provide back-up support to the department where applicable, ensuring a seamless and uncompromised customer experience.
- Answer and schedule service appointments requests through all available channels as required.
- Make outbound calls as assigned.
- Process payment transactions accurately while ensuring that guests are provided with detailed explanations of all accompanying documents. (Active and comprehensive delivery)
- Walk customers post-repair to their vehicle. Bring their vehicle into the drive-thru during inclement weather or where client mobility issues are recognized
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with empathy and professionalism.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Previous experience as a Service Concierge within the automotive industry is preferred or in a similar frontline customer service role with transferable skillset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using, or eagerness to learn, automotive service software and computer systems.
- Exceptional organizational skills to effectively prioritize tasks and manage time.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
