**Join the Heritage Park Team**:
**Job Summary**:
Heritage Park is seeking enthusiastic individuals to assist in the general operation and maintenance of our Train during the summer operating season. The Train Conductor greets passengers and assists them as necessary in order to ensure their enjoyment, comfort and safety while on the train.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
Greets and assists passengers in boarding and leaving the Train
Provides customer service and information about the history of the Train in a courteous and friendly manner, and informs guests of daily events at the Park
Ensures passengers adhere to general regulations of safety while on route
Signals to the engineer when the train is ready to leave the stations, ensuring train schedules are adhered to, and announcing approaching station stops to passengers

**Job Requirements**:
Strong customer service skills, with previous experience dealing with the public
Excellent communication skills; fluency in English is essential

**Working Conditions and Hours of Work**:
Various hours of work; must be willing to work some weekends and holidays
This position may require the applicant to stand and/or walk for prolonged periods of time and may also require work in non-climate controlled environments
The incumbent will also be required to wear a costume, which will be provided by the Park
