- Oversee the parts department and manage all aspects of parts inventory, ordering, and distribution
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize parts availability and minimize stockouts
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of parts to meet customer demands
- Maintain accurate records of parts transactions and inventory levels
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to source high-quality parts at competitive prices
- Monitor and analyze parts usage data to forecast demand and adjust inventory levels accordingly
- Utilize computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) to track parts usage, maintenance schedules, and repair history
- Train and supervise parts department staff to ensure efficient operations

- Previous experience in a similar role as a Parts Manager or related position
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of automotive or machinery parts
- Proven ability to procure parts from various sources, including dealerships and suppliers
- Familiarity with demand planning techniques to optimize inventory levels
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Proficient in using computer systems for inventory management and record keeping
- Forklift certification is a plus

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
