**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the development and implementation of human resources policies and procedures.
- Manage ADP payroll system, including: process payroll on a bi-weekly basis, manage onboarding process, process any payroll related changes, and ensure timely termination when necessary.
- Maintain employee records in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Assists management with requests for contract associates for temporary assignments.
- Conduct employee exit interviews to determine reasons for leaving the company.
- Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Provide counsel and guidance to managers in terms of employment legislation.
- Assist with performance management processes, including performance reviews, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
- Be an active participate on the safety committee and ensure employees are following the protocols, as set by the committee.
- Assist with planning employee related events, and contribute quarterly to the employee newsletter.

Education & Experience
- Bachelors Degree in HR Management, or other related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of direct human resources experience as an HR Generalist
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of employment law and practice as it relates to the Canadian Labour Code, Employment Standards and relevant Human Rights legislation
- High level of adaptability and ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and work in a fast paced environment;
- Hands on experience with HRIS, experience with ADP is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite Products.
- Posses high level of confidentiality, along with a good judgement and ability to make decisions.
- Bilingual in English and French (written and spoken) is an asset.

Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
