**About Us**:
We are a leading property management company committed to delivering exceptional service to property owners and residents alike. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Property Maintenance Manager to join our dynamic team in a full-time capacity.

**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Maintenance Management**: Manage and coordinate the day-to-day maintenance operations of our properties, including maintenance, repairs, and renovations.
- **Vendor Management**: Collaborate with third-party vendors and contractors to secure cost-effective and high-quality supplies and services for property maintenance needs.
- **Seasonal Maintenance**: Source and implement seasonal maintenance contracts to enhance the longevity and functionality of properties.
- **Property Inspections**:Conduct routine property inspections to identify maintenance needs and prepare inspection reports for clients.
- **Tenant Turnovers**: Coordinate key exchanges, key cutting, and lockbox setup for new tenants and lease listings, ensuring a smooth transition.
- **Invoicing**: Manage billing and invoicing processes for maintenance services provided to clients, ensuring accuracy and timely submission of payments.
- **Communication**: Maintain clear and open communication with property owners, residents, and team members regarding maintenance issues and resolutions.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Property Manager with a focus on maintenance, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of property maintenance best practices.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using virtual collaboration tools and property management software.
- Must have a car and valid driver’s license.

**Education and Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred)
- 1-3+ years of experience in property maintenance or a related role
