- This role is responsible for developing and enhancing the skills of the Cash Flow Experts
- This position will enhance the overall effectiveness of the Broker, Mortgage Specialist and ATB branch channels by providing specialized guidance on business surplus and cash flow calculations
- The incumbent will work with Mortgage Specialists, Retail Underwriters, Branch Lenders, Retail Credit and in consultation with team members in Business Banking, as necessary, to find solutions for our customers
- This position is responsible for liaising with the Retail lending teams to capture and understand the nature of the retail request and business operationsBusiness or accounting degree or diploma or related business experience

**Requirements**:

- Business or accounting degree or diploma or related business experience
- Understand cash flow analysis and calculations (from one or more related businesses)
- ATB Credit courses or equivalent, retail lending experience an asset
- 2+ years’ experience underwriting business loans
- Strong analytical and financial negotiation skills
- A strong connector who has built and established a network
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Demonstrates excellent knowledge of Credit Risk and Credit Risk Trends
- Demonstrates excellent ability to make sound decisions after careful consideration of all alternatives
- Demonstrates ability to coach, train and lead a team
