Grande Prairie, Canada Trend Home Improvements Full time

Trend Home Improvements is a locally owned and operated renovation company who has been serving the Grande Prairie & Peace Country for over 40 years. Currently we are looking for experienced, journeyman or apprentice carpenters to work with our construction and renovation team in:

- Installing flooring, cabinets, doors, windows, decks and performing interior finishing
- Constructing house additions, garages and shops from framing to finishing
- Reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics and construction drawings
- Scheduling and management of subtrades on renovation projects
- Operation of skid steers, forklifts and telehandler
- Ensuring compliance with building codes and safety regulations
- Maintaining a clean and organized work site

**Requirements**:

- Journeyman Carpenter ticket, registration as an apprentice or Carpenter with substantial construction experience in renovations
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work on your own
- Ability to follow safety guidelines and protocols
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Class 5 Driver's license with a clean drivers abstract

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Apprenticeship

Pay: $24.00-$36.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 44 per week
