**Battlefield Equipment Rentals** (a division of _**Toromont Industries Ltd**_.), is currently seeking individual for our **Milton **location for the following challenging opportunity.

**Rental Coordinator**

Battlefield Equipment Rentals has an immediate requirement for a Rental Coordinator in our **Milton **location. This is a fast-paced, constantly growing branch, which relies on our team-oriented atmosphere to help maintain and build our customer base. Our rental coordinator position plays a vital role, operating as the direct liaison between staff, customers, and suppliers, and is a key requirement for developing successful customer relationships.

Key Qualifications
- The ability to provide excellent customer relations while keeping a positive attitude both within the branch and in face-to-face experiences with customers;
- Previous experience in a related field, and knowledge of construction equipment and building products;
- Attention to detail and effective paperwork organization;
- A self-starter, with a keen sense of time-management and effective planning skills;
- Good communication and people skills;
- The ability to adapt to on-call work schedules;
- The desire to work effectively within a team environment.

Additional Qualifications
- Proficiency/prior experience with Systematics would be considered an asset;
- Technical aptitude of CAT equipment and operations would be considered an asset
- Experience with parts and service duties - including internal and external work orders, inventory control, stock levels maintenance, and working with suppliers—would be considered an asset.
