Deck Restoration Specialist

Ottawa, Canada Deck Refresh Full time

Deck Refresh is a family-owned and operated deck and fence restoration company based in London, Ontario. We have recently expanded to Ottawa and are looking to hire crew members for our 2024 season.
- Power wash, sand and stain decks, fences and other wooden structures (ending in mid October)
- Install Christmas lights on client homes and trees (starting in late October)
- Interact with customers
- Prepare and clean up the job site
- Keep the work vehicles organized and tidy

**Qualifications**
- Excellent attention to detail
- Reliability
- Ability to work for long periods at a time
- Comfortable with working at heights (for Christmas light installation)
- Flexibility (our starting and ending times will vary each day depending on how long the job takes, there will also be rain-days etc.)
- Enjoy working in a team-oriented environment, as well as working independently.
- Ideally a physically fit person as the work can sometimes be quite demanding
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

**Benefits**

- No experience required, we will provide on the job training
- Relaxed work environment as long as job is getting done efficiently
- Pay Rate: $20 per hour to start, with raises available depending on reliability/performance

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed

Licence/Certification:

- Driver's License (required)
