**Black & White and Colour Print Production Operator**

**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**:

- Operate digital print equipment - Black & White and Colour Copiers/Printers
- Understanding of workflow tools such as Free Flow and Fiery
- Operate standard finishing equipment (paper cutters, bindery, laminating, desktop folders and drill)
- Point of contact to receive customer requests, provide estimates, schedule, and track print production request/s
- Perform basic quality inspection before, during and after output of each production run
- Track and store jobs as customer requires for reuse at a future date
- Maintain reporting logs and information for billing purposes
- Wrap, pack, label, and ship finished product
- Maintain appropriate supply inventory levels
- Problem solve basic issues to complete production, delivery, and output requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to be on your feet for up to 80% of your day
- Ability and willingness to learn and develop

**SKILLS**
- Excellent communications skills (oral and written)
- Intermediate use of MS Office, Adobe and other relevant software
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision

**EXPERIENCE**:

- 1 to 2 years’ experience in a Digital Print Shop and Customer Service environment
- Working knowledge of Xerox, Canon, Ricoh Digital Multi-Function Mid to High Volume Production Copiers/Printers

EDUCATION:

- Minimum High School diploma or equivalent
- Post high school technology training or experience (preferred)

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Etobicoke, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
