**About the Role**

This is an entry level position into Savanta’s IT and would provide hands-on support to the business and follows the guidance of the IT Technicians and IT Engineers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support the IT Technicians and Engineers with their day-to-day
- Basic level support for the Savanta business including, but not limited to:

- Building new machines
- Password resets
- Setting up Azure AD accounts
- Updating of basic user information
- Adding / removing users from Azure / O365 groups
- Maintaining / troubleshooting peripherals (keyboards, mice, printers)
- Basic troubleshooting of machine errors
- Be the first in line to pick up IT tickets that you can resolve. Escalate, via Freshdesk Notes or in Teams, any that you don’t have time to pick up or can’t do). No ticket should be left unread / unassigned

**About You**

You will ideally have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the IT industry and hold a CompTIA A+ certificate. You must have experience supporting and troubleshooting Windows 10/11 devices and know how to work in Azure / O365 at an entry level. Experience dealing with Microsoft Incidents / Cloud App Security is a bonus, but not a requirement.
