**Responsibilities**:

- Manage projects and ensure that they are completed on time and on budget
- Communicate with Clients and understand their project requirements
- Prepare proposals
- Prepare reports
- Participate in initiatives with the Marketing department to build new client relationships and maintain existing ones
- Build leadership and mentorship skills by working with and mentoring junior staff

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication skills & professional presentation
- Strong writing skills
- High level of attention to detail
- Effective time management and ability to work under tight timelines with multiple competing deadlines
- Experience with conducting Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments
- Experience with conducting Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments in support of filing for a Notice of Site Condition
- A Bachelor Degree in Science or Applied Science, a Bachelor Degree in Engineering, or a Diploma in a Environmental Science/Environmental Engineering, is considered an asset
- A minimum of 5 to 7 years’ experience within environmental consulting, previous project management experience is considered an asset.
- Experience with invoicing, budgeting, and other areas of project related financial management
- Experience with business development initiatives and client interaction
- Valid driver’s license and insurance are required (work related travel expenses will be compensated)**_
