**About the Job**

We are looking for a Compliance Manager who will be responsible for reviewing existing and new regulatory compliance documentation from the client, regulatory bodies, and communicate with internal parties.

In collaboration with internal stakeholders, this person will assist with the development of a Risk Register by identifying and analyzing potential risks related to applicable laws and regulations and customer requirements, and implement appropriate actions to comply.

**As Compliance Manager, You Will**
- Lead a cross-functional structure or committee as appropriate to ensure implementation of and conformance with requirements as per Applicable Laws and Regulations, customer requirements, and any other applicable standards
- Design and coordinate the creation and ongoing review of policies, procedures, training materials and other communication tools to ensure departments meet compliance requirements
- Coordinate and perform internal business unit audits
- Establish self-audit and compliance monitoring programs
- Lead and collaborate with internal teams on preparations for external audits on behalf of client and regulatory bodies
- Conduct reviews and assessments of potential fraud activity and develop fraud detection tools.
- Prepare audit reports and follow-up on any outstanding items related to compliance projects, internal or external reviews
- File regulatory reports and other documentation
- Manage compliance staff in various geographies
- Provide advice and consultation to internal parties on compliance related items
- Perform other duties related to the role as assigned

**Requirements**:
**As Compliance Manager, You Have**
- A bachelor’s degree in Business or Accounting is expected
- A professional designation in the field of Accounting, Auditing or Compliance is required (CPA, CIA, CFE, CRM)
- At least 2 to 4 years of related experience and proficiency in a compliance role
- Previous internal or external audit experience is required in a manager role (or 4+ years in a non-supervisory role)
- Previous compliance or audit supervisory experience is highly preferred
- Possess the ability to collaborate and build partnerships with multiple business units within a company
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with diverse groups of people at all levels of the organization
- The ability to manage significant, ongoing change and business growths
- The ability to organize and follow-up on multiple tasks/details with accuracy and timeliness
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, along with a solid background in compliance
