**Job Description**:

- Extract and organize financial data to meet reporting requirements for standard reports and for any ad-hoc report requests
- Continual development of financial models and processes to improve business processes, budgeting and forecasting, regulatory reporting and month end closing activity in effective way to meet company objectives
- Utilize approved and established report writing software to automate key information reports for management
- Assist with the preparation of required documents for various management meetings and balance scorecard
- Support the Finance team as needed, to research, develop, and document technical accounting memos
- Provide support to corporate development activities - financial modeling, due diligence, competitive analysis and business cases

**Qualifications**:

- Undergraduate Degree or College Diplomas in Commerce/or Accounting
- Experience with software interaction with databases such as SQL and VBA
- Strong computer skills including PowerPoint, Excel with Pivot tables (Macro’s an asset), Word and Microsoft Dynamics GP
- 2-3 years related experience in financial analysis and data analysis
- Ability to analyze and interpret large quantities of financial and statistical data
- Flexible and able to organize, plan and prioritize work with time constraints and strict deadlines
- Adheres to confidentiality policy for sensitive financial data and information
- Strong attention to detail and committed to continuous improvement
