**What we are hiring for**:
We are currently hiring **Full-Time** **Direct Support** Coordinators** **for our **Supported Independent Living Program.**

Direct Support Coordinators make a difference in people's lives by providing support to people with developmental disabilities in all activities of daily living in their homes and the community and by fostering independence and personal growth. In this program, support is provided to self-reliant individuals, focusing on self-care, household management, budgeting and day-to-day life skills. Support can be provided on a daily, weekly or monthly time frame and is dependent on each person's situation.

**What you will need**:

- DSW or related diploma (ex. SSW, CYW, B.A. in Psychology, Social Work, etc.)
- Experience working with people with developmental disabilities an asset
- Knowledge of mental health & community/housing resources an asset
- Current certification in First Aid/CPR or willing to obtain
- Current certification in NVCPI or willing to obtain
- Valid "G or G2" class license and reliable vehicle
- Be willing to provide a clear Vulnerable Sector Police Check
- Be legally entitled to work in Canada
- Documentation of COVID-19 Vaccination

**Compensation and scheduling**:

- $25.78 - $26.59 per hour based on experience
- 40 hours per week
- Scheduled days, afternoons and weekends
