The Tiger Analytics team is looking for a BA to deliver innovation and tools to global business teams. This is a cross functional role that requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to liaison with technical teams and interact with internal clients.

**Job Duties**:

- Gather, analyse & translate business requirements
- Construct the conceptual model and data flow processes
- Build technical solution design
- Document business processes and procedures
- Partner with other team members as well as cross-functional partners to support business processes and system solutions
- Manage and resolve client issue escalation and systemic improvements
- Partner with Business Analysts to bring new scalable solutions to business functions

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- At least 6-8 years of experience and can work independently with mínimal oversight
- Data management experience preferred with exposure to AWS and Snowflake
- Good communication, technical writing, and presentation skills
- Good to have Tech consulting/ DE background
