**ZENETEC CAR WASH**

Location: 499 Veterans Drive, Barrie, ON

- Zenetec is currently seeking a **part-time Carwash Guest Services Representative** to join the Team at our Veterans Drive location. This position is responsible for customer service & administration assistance.

**Primary Responsibilities**
- Sell and promote carwash memberships, interiors, gift cards, and promotions
- Run and execute car wash promotions and online orders
- Understand and execute wash club memberships on dashboard (ie. refunds, membership updates, signing up new members)
- Execute day-to-day administrative tasks and reports
- Monitoring customer kiosks and car wash tunnel
- Responsible for keeping the car wash, surrounding area and property safe, clean and neat at all the times
- Cleaning and maintaining outdoor vacuum stations
- Able to perform express interior detailing
- Complete other duties as directed

**Requirements**:

- Full availability Monday-Saturday
- Must be dependable, reliable, and have a strong attention to detail
- Able to effectively learn, and utilize new skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

**Qualifications**
- Grade 12 or GED equivalency
- Computer literacy is a must
- Customer service, sales, and administration experience preferred
- Valid G license with a clean driving record
