Aujourd’hui, notre usine de Hawkesbury, qui compte une quarantaine d’employés syndiqués, et fabrique des produits en aluminium par procédés d’extrusion, recherche des techniciens pour ses lignes de production (presse et imprimerie).

**Les défis qui vous attendent**:
Relevant du superviseur de production, vous devrez assurer l’inspection et l’emballage adéquat des produits et participer à l’amélioration de la productivité des lignes, de la santé/sécurité et de la qualité selon les normes établies.
- Inspection visuelle et prise d'échantillons afin de vérifier que les tubes rencontrent les standards de la qualité
- Mettre les tubes en boîte d’emballage ; Les disposer sur les palettes et les envoyer à l'expédition
- Mettre les étiquettes d’emballage sur les boîtes;
- Remplir des rapports de production et de qualité;
- Assister le technicien de la ligne de production;
- Tenir votre zone de travail propre et sécuritaire;
- Maintenir une bonne communication et collaborer au bon déroulement des activités de l’équipe ;
- Effectuer toutes autres tâches connexes;

Montebello Packaging is a world-class manufacturer of tubes and containers for the pharmaceutical, cosmetics and food industries. The company is a division of the Jim Pattison Group, a $12.7(CAD) billion conglomerate. Montebello Packaging employs 500 people and has four plants in North America.

Today, our Hawkesbury plant, which has about 40 unionized employees and manufactures aluminum products by extrusion processes, is looking for technicians for its production lines (press and printing).

**The challenge that await you**:
Reporting to the Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper inspection and packaging of products and participating in the improvement of line productivity, health and safety and quality according to established standards.
- Visually inspect and take samples to ensure that tubes meet quality standards;
- Pack tubes into boxes, place on pallets and send to shipping
- Place packaging labels on boxes;
- Complete production and quality reports;
- Assist the production line technician;
- Keep your work area clean and safe;
- Maintain good communication and collaborate in the smooth running of the team's activities;
- Perform all other related tasks;
