This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Manager. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing and executing marketing campaigns, developing marketing strategies, conducting market research, managing the company's brand, and creating digital and print marketing materials.

**Qualifications**
- Strong market research and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong project management skills
- Experience developing and executing marketing campaigns
- Strong understanding of digital marketing
- Graphic design skills and experience with CanvaPro
- Experience with social media advertising and optimizing campaigns
- Experience with website optimization and SEO an asset
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external vendors
- Experience in the real estate industry is a plus

**Salary**: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
