**Full job description**

[PART TIME ONLY]
- Licensed or Unlicensed Real Estate Assistant to a busy realtor in town.
- Must have experience as an assistant to a successful realtor or team
- Responsible for arranging marketing for properties (social media, print, direct mail).
- Updating client database
- Attending property appointments (staging, inspection, etc.)
- Client communication in a timely manner
- Maintaining file system in place
- Overseeing all sales contracts through to closing, helping to provide coordination with cooperating brokers, clients, inspectors, lenders and contractors.
- Preparation of listing presentations
- Broker loading new MLS listings, offer preparations, comparative market analysis
- General office administration duties
- Monday to Friday 9-5pm, mostly in the office
- Pleasant and professional demeanor is essential

**Your responsibilities include, but not limited to**:

- Handling listings documentation, all paperwork regarding Purchase & Sale of property
- Upload listings on MLS
- Booking showing appointments
- Preparing offers and Listing Agreements
- Interacting with clients on day-to-day basis
- Assisting in staging, coordinating with vendors & suppliers
- Planning open houses, events, and giveaways
- Managing CRM, websites, social media, and create blogs
- Social media expertise, advertising the brokerage
- Assisting with preparation, editing, and formatting of marketing content.

**Job requirements**:

- Minimum of 1 year experience working in the real estate industry
- Must have a car
- Strong Verbal/ written communication skills, courteous telephone manner
- Exceptional customer service skill
- Ability to work in a structed, fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills

Experience**:Real Estate Assistant: Minimum of 1 year (required)**

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
