Currently, we are looking for a **business system consultant** to join our team for our business digital transformation plan in 2024.

The **business system consultant** is a key member of the business digital transformation team and will be working closely with our IT specialists and customer service managers in developing the overall landscape for our online digital platform. We are seeking an experienced individual that is business oriented to join the team and the company.

**RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS**
- Utilize current client database (approximately 1200 units) to analyze client demographics and generate organized document folders for integration into the online digital portal.
- Serve as a key intermediary between the company's IT specialists and customer service managers, actively participating in the development and testing phases of the online digital portal. Compile feedback and maintain comprehensive report logs, presenting findings to senior management.
- Collaborate closely with the customer service team to disseminate information regarding the online digital portal to both existing and prospective clients. Assist in facilitating the transition to paperless notifications for all clientele.
- Conduct thorough research on existing policies, procedures, methodologies, and systems supporting the current state and system. Identify necessary modifications to accommodate revised processes.
- Coordinate with the User Interface Designer to ensure that use cases are aligned with required user interfaces, ensuring a seamless integration for presentation to clients.
- Deliver recommendations in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner to stakeholders and senior management.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Experience with development of online business systems with customer service focus.
- Experience with Business Analysis Processes and Methodologies with relevant examples

**Knowledge & Abilities**:

- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent organization and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills in a technical environment
- Ability to multitask and work on multiple projects at the same time
- Ability to manage team members with various experience and skills
- Ability to provide leadership to more junior team members
- Ability to communicate technical information to various levels of management

**Salary**: $76,000.00-$87,200.00 per year
