We currently have a FULL TIME opportunity available for an Analyst in business systems based in Surrey. The work schedule is from Monday to Friday, with weekends off.
Starting from October 26th, 2021, all new hires must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19, following WHO guidelines. Exceptions require approval from the Provincial Health Officer.

Detailed OverviewSupporting Fraser Health
The Analyst, Business Systems, Health Informatics in Community and Primary Care plays a crucial role in analyzing and supporting business processes to improve electronic health information systems within Fraser Health. From re-engineering business processes to ensuring the development and maintenance of electronic health records, this role is essential in driving healthcare forward.
Responsibilities- Support, develop, and maintain business processes for care providers' access to electronic health information systems.
- Participate in strategic planning and change management for electronic health information systems.
- Conduct business analysis, work flow analysis, and develop business information models.
- Lead health information systems projects and provide support for system issues.
- Develop Service Level Agreements and assist in resolving operational issues.
- Participate in the development of health informatics goals, objectives, policies, and procedures.
- Collaborate with internal and external committees as needed.
Education and Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Health Information Systems Management or related field with 2-4 years of relevant business and systems analysis experience. Experience with electronic health information systems preferred.
