We are looking for a Legal Administrative Assistant to join our team on a full time basis. Our office hours are M-Th 9a-5p and F 8a-4p.
- Request for Privacy Files
- Refugee Claims
- Temporary Resident Applications
- Humanitarian and Compassionate Applications
- Immigration Appeal Division cases

We have protocols in place ensuring staff and clients maintain their safety and social distance, in response to COVID-19.

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

COVID-19 considerations:
All staff and clients are required to wear a mask and socially distance. Sanitization and cleaning is paramount, ensuring everyone's safety.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Toronto, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Canadian immigration law: 1 year (required)
- Legal Assistant: 1 year (required)

**Language**:

- English (required)
