We are Canada’s favourite decorative lighting company specializing in the creation of magical displays for commercial and high-end residential properties. Join us as we foster relationships with Business Improvement Areas (BIAs), property management firms, and affluent residential clients while contributing to our rapidly expanding business.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Research, prospect, and qualify leads in various verticals and geographic locations across Canada.
- Enthusiastically working on outbound activities, representing the company in a highly professional manner.
- Successfully and accurately answering prospect questions and providing appropriate additional information to the team.
- Oversee the entire lead generation cycle, from initiation to hand-off to Operations Manager
- Master the art of sales, consistently surpassing set targets and securing successful deals.
- Initiated meaningful relationships with prospective clients.
- Collaborate with fellow members, pioneering innovative sales strategies for market domination.
- Achieve measurable outcomes that include, but are not limited to:

- 25 cold dials per day
- 1 appointment set up every day (appointment is a meeting or onsite consultation with a potential client)
- Based on performance, the role will transition from Oct 1 to Dec 15, to:

- Sales Representative: conducting on-site consultation in Metro Vancouver
- The target will be to close 40% of all consultations
- Minimum experience of 2 years and brings a track record of accomplishments in outbound sales roles.
- Previous experience utilizing CRM software and various sales tools.
- Demonstrate a seamless communication style, fostering trust and reliability within the team and client interactions.
- Exhibit flexibility in handling schedules, priorities, and deadlines, aligning seamlessly with the team's objectives.
- Thrive in a close-knit team environment, embracing opportunities for mutual learning and growth.
- Approach the role with an entrepreneurial mindset, identifying and seizing business opportunities proactively.
